Action List

  1. Choose 1-3 action steps that you will take as a result of today’s training. Keep them simple and doable! Tie them in with another habit that you have that is already existing.
  2. Write letter of commitment to yourself. To stay. To stop rejecting and abandoning self, to stop running away when it gets too hard. That you will be here for all of your parts. You will love them unconditionally.
